A reservation is confirmed upon payment of a 20% deposit of the puppy’s purchase price.
Once confirmed, the puppy is considered reserved and is no longer available to other prospective buyers.
The remaining balance must be paid before your puppy goes home.
If the buyer decides to cancel the reservation, the deposit is non-refundable, as the puppy has been held exclusively during the reservation period.

Puppies are placed in their new homes only when they have reached the appropriate age, in accordance with applicable regulations and with their health, development, and well-being as our priority.
The pickup or delivery date will be arranged in advance between the kennel and the new owner.
